Dunedin via the scenic route
Rural New Zealand is truely beautiful we have been having a great time on the road during the day and camping in the evening. Have covered nearly 800km in the campervan in the first week and have been inland to Lake Takepo and back out to the coast to Dunedin. Have camped in several campsites and also at the base of a mountain in the middle of nowhere. Have seen seals, penguins and Hectors dolphins, and we have barbecued fish by a freshwater lake for lunch.
In Dunedin at the moment, which is very Scottish with weather to match, and will stay here for a few days before heading across to Te Anau and Milford Sound.
